What are the benefits of HelloFysio?

With HelloFysio you can easily get started with your recovery yourself and if necessary our certified occupational physiotherapists are available daily to guide you online. In addition, HelloFysio is developed together with Radboud University and are the online HelloFysio treatments rated with an 8.7 by Qualizorg! HC Health is also certified by several quality labels, including: Achmea Plus Practice, Menzis Top Practice, Keurmerk physiotherapy and Fysiotopics Nederland.

How does the HelloFysio self-help module work?

In the self-help module you will find information about more than 125 physical conditions. Take the first step to recovery independently by following the exercises, tips and instructional videos about your physical complaint. Are you unable to work it out on yourself? No problem, HelloFysio's physiotherapists are available every day to answer your questions!

How does physiotherapy work over the phone and / or webcam?

During a remote appointment, you discuss your complaint(s) with a professional physiotherapist via telephone or webcam. This is possible anytime, anywhere. Which is so easy! You will receive a personal plan with exercises (on video and with spoken explanation), tips and advice to quickly recover from your complaint. You will have regular contact with the physiotherapist to discuss your progress.

How will the physiotherapist treatments be paid?

Do you have additional health insurance for physiotherapy? Then the treatments will be recovered from your insurer. Are you not additionally insured? Then Van Doorne pays for the treatments.

Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral from your doctor to make an appointment with a HelloFysio physiotherapist.

What about my privacy?

HC Health is a healthcare provider, just like your doctor or the regular physiotherapist. This means that we fully guarantee your privacy and treat your data confidentially. Your treatment data will therefore never be shared with your employer or health insurer. Phone and webcam conversations are never saved. In addition, we meet the highest national and international standards regarding information security in healthcare.

What should I do if I want to reschedule my appointment?

Do you want to reschedule your first appointment? Please contact us via [email protected] or +31 (0) 20 412 30 06 . If you are already under treatment, you can reschedule the appointment by contacting your physiotherapist. You can cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel on time, we will charge you for the costs incurred.
