Moment of Recharge

After an effort a moment of recharge. This so-called rest-activity ratio is essential for any top performance. This applies to a top athlete, but also to you as an employee. A rest period allows you to be fully back at the right time. For example, after every 60 minutes, take a 5-10 minutes break to get recharged.
